Anthranian
Demon Lord - Chaotic Evil

History: As the Demon Lord (not a true diety) of the plane of Grugar, Anthranian has had few interactions with humanity. One of the two known appearances Anthranian made was to expel one group of adventurers from Grugar. The second happened when a group of (very surprised and dismayed) tavern guests were teleported to Grugar. They saw Anthranian battle Syphalax for a scroll that revealed Syphalax's soulname, which Anthranian used to imprison Syphalax for a time. An unusual cat-person had the temerity to use Anthranian's name within Anthranian's hearing, and thereby earned Anthranian's personal displeasure. It remains to be seen how that will turn out.

The plane of Grugar run by Anthranian was once a pleasant place, until the demons overran it. Now it is a hideous mockery of its former beauty, with many dangers.
